How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days. All orders include tracking. See Shipping Information.

How much is shipping?

Australian orders of $299 or more get free express shipping. Otherwise, Australia Post rates are calculated live at checkout. We also ship to 50+ countries with live international rates at checkout.

Do you offer refunds?

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or we send the wrong item, we’ll replace it or refund you — just contact us within 14 days of delivery. We don’t accept change-of-mind returns. See our Returns & Refunds page.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify — we never see or store your full card details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
